If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.
Services
Bainisys provides IT consulting and develops solutions including collaboration platforms, call center software, smart workplace systems, IP phone billing, cybersecurity technologies, and command center applications.
Use of Services
- You agree to use our services only in compliance with applicable laws.
- Unauthorized attempts to access, disrupt, or misuse our systems are strictly prohibited.
- If an account is required, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
Intellectual Property
All software, content, and related materials provided by Bainisys remain the property of Bainisys Company Limited. Copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering is not permitted without written consent.
Customer Data
Customer data remains the property of the customer. By using our services, you grant Bainisys permission to process data only for the purpose of delivering those services.
Fees
Where applicable, you agree to pay the fees set out in the relevant agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.
Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and upgrades may temporarily limit access.
Liability
Bainisys is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are violated or where required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand unless otherwise stated in a separate contract.
Changes
We may revise these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
